*If your stay includes Friday, Saturday and/or a holiday night the first two nights are charged at weekend/holiday rates. Holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
Some houses have spas. There is a $10 per night surcharge for houses with spas.
All rates are subject to 10% tax.
Weekly rentals run Sunday to Sunday.

There is an additional charge of $10/person/night for occupancy over the numbers listed above.
Occupancy by more than 2 persons over the number listed above is not permitted.
Porta-crib and high chair rental available - $7.50/night each.
Advance Payment: Payment in full is required in advance. Please note that there is a 25% penalty for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date unless the unit is re-rented. There is a 50% penalty for cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled arrival.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit will be required on all reservations.
Age limit: You must be 25 years old or older to rent accommodations.
Maid Service: Your unit will be clean and fully prepared for occupancy, including linens and towels (paper towels and napkins are not included). There is no daily maid service. Departure cleaning is included in the cost.
Pets: We are sorry but pets are not permitted in rental units.
Accomodations include full kitchen, fireplace, color TV, VCR and telephone. (No charge for local calls. We ask that you charge all long distance calls to your credit card.) Firewood is provided for the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Studios have efficiency kitchens, no dishwasher and no fireplace. All units have washer and drier.
